| MISSION STATEMENT - The Managed Care Reform Council, MCRC, is an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide support for the managed care patient community. It studies the HMO system, and conducts research related to the needs and care of the medical patient, their families, their caregivers and the bereaved. While educating the public on the HMO system and the health care system in general, the MCRC provides advocacy support to the health care consumer and other advocacy groups. |
